I’m Liska, a global citizen based in rural Dorset. I am passionate about helping people realise their potential, freeing them from the limitations of their unconscious behaviours and beliefs. Together we establish the foundations for sustainable change while remaining focused on your aspirations and goals.

My coaching style is both supportive and challenging. I create an environment in which clients can do powerful work to shift their mindset, emotions and behaviours and to uplevel. I help you answer questions you haven’t thought to ask yourself yet.
